We do not actually need to enforce correct version
sequence when moving from experimental to unstable.
We can not upload new version to experimental which
is lower than current version in experimental. But
we can upload new version to unstable which is lower
than the version in experimental.

This is inconvenient for the ones who installed the
version from experimental, but that's about it. These
brave souls are expected to be able to deal with the
breakage :) The only thing - I hope - that'll be
needed is to install libldb2 packages manually from
unstable. Or if you use samba-dsdb-modules (which
now depend on the exact version of libldb2), you'll
probably have to install the samba package manually
together with libldb2.

I hope this is an easy enough inconvenience which
does not warrant messing with the "really-other"
versions number. Or just for this very issue, for
this very version of ldb, we can temporarily add an
extra suffix, so it becomes

   2:2.5.0+smb-1+samba4.0.16

(the +smb sorts after +samba so everything's ok wrt
the sort order, but we'll have to remember to remove
this suffix for 2.5.1).

For now I comited the variant which might require manual
intervention when "upgrading" from experimental to unstable
as outlined above. Do you prefer another solution?
