[Pkg-samba-maint] backuppc autopkgtest failing with the samba-4.16 packages

Note the -U argument is mising. Sure smbclient is now asking for a password
for an empty user (it probably shuold just fail, but "garbage in,
garbage out" stands).

It does not look like a regression due to changes samba, but
maybe backuppc is doing some guesswork about samba abilities?
