RFCs are non-free because we don't have the right to modify.

About removing third_party/heimdal/doc/standardisation, ensure those
are not used during the build. RFCs are, that's why we have a big
patch with truncated RFCs as rfc3454.txt-table.

@abartlett: More generally, about Heimdal, what is the diff now to
vanilia Heimdal. Could we use system heimdal?
