[Pkg-samba-maint] samba-4.16 progress so far

So, I managed to build samba-4.16 successfully.
There are still 2 (gross) hacks in the build process, but this
the thing to complete.
The whole thing was.. umm.. quite painful.
The fact that d/rules install does a complete rebuild of everything
on every invocation does not help. If someone has a clue about
what's going on, please share.
The thing builds. The next step is to try to run it to see if it
works somehow. I bet there are some issues with the new libs
placed into the wrong packages (samba/samba-libs/libwbclient0).
And since it took way too much energy anyway, I'll merge ldb
too, just for extra fun.
The cluster-support hack which I used previously has been replaced
by removing samba-cluster-support private library from the
d/rules file. My previous question still remains, what are
these --bundled-libraries, --builtin-libraries do, why we
had --builtin-libraries=samba-cluster-support (which is now
removed) and why we still have ccan in there (which does not
exist). And other questions in the previous email remains too.
*Sigh*, this was a hard day.
