[Pkg-sass-devel] Packaging ruby-sassc

I have patched other git written parts but not getting how to patch he line
number 38 in
https://salsa.debian.org/sass-team/ruby-sassc/blob/master/sassc.gemspec ,
any lead on how to remove this or what does this line means here would be
great .
Because i am not getting what is meant by this git submodule line 38.
Any lead would be great Please
