libsdl1.2 version 1.2.15-1 ready for release now

Hi,

So that's it, the subject is expressive enough, I trust.  I checked
that the contents are equivalent (except for debug symbol filenames,
and so names) and applications using SDL continue to work -- limited
testing, but still of some value.

So from my part, is ready.  I plan to do some bug triaging/fixing as
soon as a new package enters testing and it's working for most people.
 Clearing the list of patches in this release was quite good already,
I think.
