SDL 2.0 debian package?

If I recall correctly, last time that we tried to upload a version it
was rejected by FTP-masters for some reason regarding the copyright
file, but I had fixed that and it was already mostly complete.

At least from my part, I didn't push it harder because of the freeze
for the upcoming stable and because I was waiting for an "RC" or
official release.

I can try to get it up to date during this incoming week, unless
somebody else in the team wants to go ahead.
