New package for libsdl2 ready, please review and upload

Hi,

So I prepared a version of the package with updated sources
(2013-01-03).  There is a large number of changes/fixes --and for sure
many other things will need to be ironed out--, but the most important
is the rewrite of debian/copyright (which I had already done largely
in summer), so hopefully this time the FTP-masters will accept it.

Could somebody please review and upload to unstable (mind the tags and
the head of changelog), if you are happy with the results?

Otherwise, please feel free to fix things, comment or advise.
