I just uploaded the fixes copied from libsdl2-image to libsdl2-net,
and uploaded sdl-sound1.2 yesterday (which is different from the other
modules, hosted by Ryan icculus Gordon).  I will try to get the same
fix for libsdl2-{mixer,ttf} next.

Let's see how it goes, and then will look into the 1.2 modules.
