Dear Maintainer,
under libsdl2 my gamepad (A "hama PC-Gamepad Black Force", recognized as
"DragonRise Inc. Generic USB Joystick") is not recognized anymore
(it is using libsdl1.2). This came up when trying to use mupen64plus,
which complained about no joysticks being found.
I got the source to both via apt-get source and ran test/testjoystick,
outputs:
mero at rincewind ~/src$ ./libsdl1.2-1.2.15/test/testjoystick
There are 1 joysticks attached
Joystick 0: DragonRise Inc. Generic USB Joystick
axes: 7
balls: 0
hats: 0
buttons: 12
mero at rincewind ~/src$ ./libsdl2-2.0.1+dfsg1/test/testjoystick
INFO: There are 0 joysticks attached
I would appreciate help troubleshooting this further and finding a
workaround.
