Some SDL2-* library updates?

I uploaded this now, including the closure of that bug report.

So in principle, unless there are any problems, the part of uploading
all SDLv2 modules should be complete.

And unless there are any problems with migrations to testing or
rev-deps having problems caused by the new releases, everything should
be on course to automatic completion now :)
