Some SDL2-* library updates?

yes, I poked Markus about the pygame-sdl2 issue, and I monitored the other
reverse-dependencies (e.g. gambas3) for regressions, none have been found.

Also Ubuntu picked up the new libraries, so I hope the "transition" is over
in 5 days :)
