I partly confirm this bug report. Sticky bits on *directories* from
the skeleton directory are not preserved when a user is created with
the use of "-k".
Sticky bits and other permissions onf files as well as directory
permissions are however properly assigned.
Tomasz, do you know if this is still true in upstream?
Anyway, according to our current scale, I assign a "minor" severity to
this bug.
