Hi,
Here are some points for which I would like to have others opinion:
 * Do you think nologin should be distributed in /usr/sbin or /sbin?
  (I will make a nologin.8 man page)
IIRC, it is distributed in /sbin by FreeBSD. Can somebody check this?
The other points are debian related:
 * The current NEWS.Debian is installed with both login and passwd. Is this
   correct?
(Is it displayed twice with apt-listchanges?)
 * Also, the release in the current NEWS.Debian lacks the epoch.
Is there a probleme if we change the release of this old NEWS.Debian
   entry?
(Was this NEWS displayed by apt-listchanges?)
 * Some tools are not compiled with PAM support, but their associated
/etc/pam.d files are distributed. Shall we remove these files, or shall
we compile the tools with PAM support?
Cheers,
