The 'base' section is in process of restructuring -- since debootstrap doesn't
use it, it was confusing at best. All packages are being moved to a more
appropriate section, but this move isn't completed yet. We'll send a mail to
all involved maintainers when it's completely ready.

Unless something weird happens, the section will remain 'admin' from now on
for these two packages, but don't bother to upload just for this.
