The goal was to start the shadow manpages PO, but as it is a quite big PO
(150Ko, 760 strings), I thought it was easier to start with only the
strings from the passwd.1 manpage.

I've seen that Tomasz committed the PO sent by Simon (after merging it
with the full PO). So the German PO is started!

IMO, the plan is now to generate manually the translated passwd.1 from this
PO (until the existing German manpages are all generated from the PO).

(This will be done by Thomasz, shadow's upstream. For Debian, I still
don't know what we will do, but we will do something (backport of
upstream's manpages probably).)

There are a lot of fuzzy strings because gettext considered that in the
remaining 680 strings, some of them looks like some strings present in
passwd.1. There are no problems here.

At this time, there are only 2 fuzzy strings for the passwd.1 man page:
