BTW, here are my plans for the next version:

 * work on the testsuite
   Not all tools are currently tested
   Tested files have a line coverage close to 60%
 * continue merging patches
   IIRC, the most troublesome patch will probably be the one which
   introduce the -n flag to useradd (because it has different semantic in
   Debian, RedHat, and Gentoo)
 * reduce code complexity
   Some functions are too complex which makes them difficult to maintain.
   Also enforcing some coding best practice would be nice.
 * consistency of options
   e.g. gpasswd should also have a --crypt-method option
   groupadd/groupmod should have a --password option, as useradd/usermod
