I've made some minor changes:
 * sort l between k and m
 * documentation, I did not mention RedHat.
   Maybe I should add notes for some options to indicate when/where they
   appeared and whether they are standard or not.
 * documentation, I mentioned the faillog, and indicated why lastlog and
   faillog are modified by default.

I could not access the bug log.
(I think for respect for customer or partner information; I did not find
any security related chunks in the patch)

I added a note in the changelog that it also changes the useradd behavior
(when copying the skel dir), but that should not be a problem.
