I do not recommend to package this version, but depending on the level of
testing until 8.12.2007, the 4.1.0 may be safely packaged.

I will reuse the testsuite used for the Debian package.
It is not unit tests at the code level, but integration tests on the
built binaries, with a complete system.
It should provide a better confidence, with these limitations:
 * it tests the debian package, with debian patches
   (but I can build an unpatched package)
 * it tests the debian package, with PAM enabled
   (but I can build an package without PAM support)
 * it is quite limited (e.g. not all tools are tested)

I will use the TP for the next release (I already sent requests to
translators for 4.1.0).
