I sent a call for translation later than expected, and I'm currently
receiving the answers from translators.

I received answers from the Slovak, Italian, German, Portuguese, Russian,
Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, French, and Norwegian Bokmål translators.

The answers ranges from really enthusiast to disagreement for using the
TP.

There is one translator who disagree using the TP.
There are two translators who would prefer not using the TP.
Most of thee others are OK to move to the TP (5).
Two translators are already TP translators and are enthusiastic.

A new version is going to be released this week. This one is not using the
TP.  If the above figures do not change, I will use the TP for the next
releases.

It would still be great if it was possible for one language to use another
path than the TP (e.g. I give a commit access).
