[Pkg-shadow-devel] Bug#668855: passwd: adding supplementary groups could be better documented

Package: passwd
Version: 1:4.1.5-1
Severity: normal
I tried to add a supplementary group "wireshark":
# usermod -aG wireshark amarsh04
# exit
$ groups
amarsh04 lp dialout cdrom floppy audio src video plugdev lpadmin
$ su
Password:
# usermod -a -G wireshark amarsh04
# groups amarsh04
amarsh04 : amarsh04 lp dialout cdrom floppy audio src video plugdev lpadmin wireshark
This did not appear to be properly documented in the manual page, ie having
to separate -a and -G to get the desired functionality.
