Everything seems fine.

So, my proposal is to at least move the shadow-debian part to Alioth,
under git.debian.org/pkg-shadow/shadow-debian. That, I can take care
of. Then, I will make the repositpory gib-buildpackage compliant.

For the upstream part, my preference would finally be to move it in
github. I don't know how thigns work there in order for more than 1
person to be able to push changes. I guess this should be moved out of
"hallyn" and then be setup as a common repository, right?
