I've created a 'shadow-maint' group, and moved shadow-www and shadow
(the upstream tree) to it.  So they are now at

https://github.com/shadow-maint/shadow
and
https://github.com/shadow-maint/shadow-www

I can hand the group over, or add yourself and Nicolas to the group
members, or I can simply add as a commit monkey if you prefer.
