[Pkg-shadow-devel] shadow 4.2 tarball wasn't prepared with 'make dist'

Hi,

The shadow 4.2 tarball recently released appears to be a direct archive
of the source code and wasn't actually prepared using 'make dist'. As a
result, distros need to be run 'autoreconf' themselves to generate the
configure script, and manpages aren't pregenerated. Not a huge pain in
the ass, but it does mean that everyone will need to go and modify their
build scripts to add extra dependencies and change their processes for
this one release.

I'd love to see this corrected in a 4.2.1 release, but I'll leave that
up to the maintainer...
