OK, thanks for reporting. I'm not that comfortable with some of this
stuff and I probably messed that up..:-)

In my vague plans, there is a 4.2.1 release that would include some of
the patches that were brought in to Debian only...so I'll try to
remember properly using "make dist" and hope that it'll be able to do
its magic as expected..;-)
