Well, the web pages on Alioth are maintained there, statically. In
short, only members of the Alioth project can modify them (they're in

The last edit there dates back to 2014 and was done by me. Most other
files were put in place by Nicolas François (nekral) who is no longer
active in Debian, back in 2088-2011.

And....I'm the last "active" person in the group. And when I say
active this is a euphemism: I barely read this mailing list and that's all.

I can make a small modification to at least raise the confusion, in
the download.php page, and point that upstream is on github. May
someone suggest a replacement for the attached file?

We really need more active accounts in the Alioth project,
particularly from Debian maintainers or developers.....I'd happy to
hand them out admin privileges on the project
