Sure, a slightly-amended version is attached.

Ideally, what I'd like to do is make it clear on this page what the
relationship between the alioth git repository and upstream git repository
is -- e.g., say something like, "Periodically, new releases of the shadow
tool suite are created from upstream and added to the alioth git repository
and release directory" -- but I don't know what that relationship is or how
things are intended to work, so I didn't add any text that might be in
error.

Serge, can you clarify that? I am still kind of confused by the current
situation -- the upstream git repository on github has some releases in a
4.1.5 series that are not on alioth, and alioth has some 4.2 releases that
aren't present on github. So, hypothetically, if a new 4.2.2 release were
going to be made, incorporating bugfixes and new development work from the
github repository, how would that be done?
