Okay, I pushed some patches to this end.  I'm a bit worried about
xml-security-c14 not entering testing, but surely you know better.

That would be great.  Yes, it's ready as far as I'm concerned, but I
didn't dare to trim its Build-depends since the necessary dev
dependencies aren't in the archive yet, so that would break the build.
