That makes some sense, sort of. Just checking.

You could, but you also lose the commands that point the default error
handling templates at the style sheet and logo that come in the docs
directory. Whether you care, or want to configure them some other way is up
to you folks.

Also the additional SetHandler command for Apache 1.3, but I imagine that's
not an issue here.
