I was worried that we'd have to actually stop and then start Apache, but
restart does the right thing (as, I suppose, Policy says it should).

Yeah, I think that's fine.

Let's keep Faidon in Uploaders for the stable release.

I'm horribly busy with my day job right now, so if you could commit the
necessary work to a new squeeze branch, that would be great.  I can build
and upload.
