I would hope not. I was going to note that it should be marked deprecated anyway, since it's not going to be supported once my redesign of the SP is done.

In similar vein, xmltooling, opensaml, and xml-security should also be marked deprecated (the latter was retired by Apache).

Personally, I would tell you to deprecate Xerces also, but when I do that, certain people yell at me, so I won't. The others are not up for debate as they're my code and are being retired.
