OK, I'll transition the rest then, and we'll eventually remove
shibboleth-resolver from the archive.

They have no consumers in Debian besides the SP. I can also add a
discouraging sentence to their descriptions in the upcoming uploads.

Which year do you think you'll stop supporting these libraries? We may
have to consider this for the next Debian release.
