Right: If you want to _publish_ your built package, then it matters for 
your users that you have signed the build - which (generally) means that 
your name should be listed in the changelog entry.

...but if you are simply building for yourself, then you can ignore the 
signing failure: If you reach that far then your build did _not_ fail.
