[Pkg-sugar-devel] Patch for Browse package

Hi Jonas,

Thanks for your guidance. Try as I might, either with quilt pushed or
not, when doing /gbp buildpackage --git-ignore-new, /I always get a .deb
that seems to be missing the /collabwrapper/ /directory. Surely I'm
doing something wrong. As per your other comments...

Attached as second patch (is this your preferred way?).

I'm not sure what you mean here. I didn't touch 0001 originally. I
updated it's date now.
