For the records: IMPORT{builtin}="blkid" does not work better
than the rule in Debian 6 or 7.

I could not find a Debian ISO which boots and has the new
rule without installation to hard disk. I tried
debian-live-7.2-amd64-xfce-desktop.iso and
debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso .

But archlinux-2013.11.01-dual.iso has it. And the bug is
still there.

But how would i produce a hotplug event in a VM ?
