[Pkg-systemd-maintainers] Bug#727016: Systemd upgrade restored deleted configuration file

I deleted the file:
  /etc/systemd/system/getty.target.wants/getty at tty1.service
(I replaced it by my own login service file with a different name)
and a recent upgrade to systemd restored the missing file.

Perhaps this file should be added to "conffiles" ?
