[Pkg-systemd-maintainers] Target Policy

Yet another request for clarification :)

Could one of the more experienced developers create a list of systemd
targets and how they map to current debian sysV runlevels? My
understanding the that targets allow great flexibility and are human
readable. Yet, as a distribution, Debian is going to need to agree on
a set of targets which roughly map to existing run levels.

Archlinux has a nice table at
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Init_Rosetta which set their
policy. If someone can provide the info for debian, I'll create a
similar table on the debian wiki.
