Bug#764378: systemd: Systemd can't mount local filesystem/swap and falls to emergency shell

Hi Michael,
you are right - CONFIG_FHANDLE was missing - other requirements were 
met. I expect, that it will fix the issue. I will test it tommorow, but 
you can close this bug anyway.
