please package system-cron v1.3.0, this is needed to solve bug 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=752376 .

Upstream has moved to this location https://github.com/systemd-cron/systemd-cron/ .
The old url https://github.com/dbent/systemd-cron/ will redirect you there automaticaly  .

changelog, control, copyright, rules & watch have changed

The patch in "patches" is not needed anymore,
but other patches may be needed in the future.
