Bug#760514: libnss-myhostname

Package: src:systemd

Hi,

currently, we ship libnss-myhostname in the last version that was
released separately by Lennart. Since many years, though, it is part of
the systemd source, and we don’t get updates easily because of that.

Also, my interest in this package is not sufficient to give it the
attention it deserves, especially since it suddenly became a Recommends
of gnome. Furthermore, some people want it shipped in Debian by default.

So I’m wondering: Would you be willing to take it over, by building it
from the systemd source?

Thanks,
Joachim
