Bug#801390: Better defauls/flags for journalctl --since/--until

Package: systemd
Version: 227-1
Severity: wishlist
File: /bin/journalctl

journalctl shows the entire output since the beginning of the log.
This by itself is fine.

But if you have a persistent journal, and run journalctl in a tty, will
start/show the entries since the first available entry, which is often not what
you want.

I would love to have a "--since today" as a default for interactive usage.

It also turns out that --since/--until are very often necessary when using a
persistent journal. But there's no short flag for those.

Please add -S for --since and -U for --until.
