Like Vincent I also have version 2.27-3 for libmount1 and libmount.If lightdm does fail to start I get the following error on boot up systemd[1]: Failed to subscribe to NameOwnerChanged signal: Connection Timed out. I have also noticed that the systemd-rfkill.service and user at 105.service fail to start due to timeouts.
