We might also consider re-adding

but maybe in a slightly modified way. Instead of running setfacl, we
could use
systemd-tmpfiles /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/systemd.conf
to avoid re-adding a dependency on the "acl" package.
We could poke Lennart what he recommends.
