Given that update-rc.d ignores start and stop parameters, and always
uses dependency-based boot, I this bug no longer applies to
update-rc.d, but rather should be shifted to insserv. Insserv is not
complaining, but as you noted, it ignores the enable link.

Therefore reassigning.
