Then please add a Breaks or Conflicts or something, as there are a
thousand ways it could get installed by unknowing people / programs from
some list of packages, especially as we read in the Description
"Using insserv incorrectly can result in an unbootable system."

The Description should also say Do Not Install Along With ...
