Bug#917185: udev 240-1 + sysvinit-core 2.93-1 break input devices + other problems

Dear Frédéric:

I believe these bugs may be related to #917124. Now expecting 240-2
release to report any results.

* When trying to downgrade from 240-1 to 239-15 update-initramfs fails:
...
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.19.0-1-686-pae
Fatal: raid_setup: stat("/dev/disk/by-id/ata-Maxtor_6Y060M0_M0000000")
run-parts: /etc/initramfs/post-update.d//runlilo exited with return
code 1
...

Had to reboot from a rescue disk and chroot into Maxtor disk in order
to successfuly downgrade to 239-15.
