I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

For others reading this bug report:

It should be sufficient to run
"udevadm trigger" and then regenerating the initramfs via
"update-initramfs -u" after updating to 240-2.

The explicit "udevadm trigger" should ensure that all symlinks in /dev
are created resulting
