Are you willing to explain your reasoning? Specifically, is it because
of these issues, or would you take the same position even if everything
worked perfectly already?

My reasoning is as follows: ntpsec's upstreams is a fork of ntp's
upstream. The ntpsec package is a drop-in replacement for the ntp
package. I think it's best for the users to keep things as similar as
possible. That's why I used "ntp" for the service names.

This bug is essentially the same as 680293, except that update-rc.d is
already documented to do what I want (just not actually doing it). Do
you feel both bugs should be closed (this one as wontfix and 680293
fixed by changing the documentation to match the behavior) or do you
have a reason that update-rc.d and deb-systemd-helper should behave
differently in this regard?
