Bug#968087: systemd-tmpfiles fails on fchownat() systcall for /var/log/journal with -ENOENT on installation

Control: reassign -1 fakeroot
Control: close -1 1.25.1-1

Dear colleagues,

The newest fakeroot solved my problem!
Re-assigning this bug to fakeroot & closing it.
