Bug#968087: systemd-tmpfiles fails on fchownat() systcall for /var/log/journal with -ENOENT on installation

I see you made the latest release of fakeroot a year ago.
Can you please upload a new release where you fixed the fchownat issue with empty directory path?
Looks like it is fixing my bug.
